The service here is terrible; they have no idea what they are doing. I placed an order, but they only handed me a Coke and told me to wait a few minutes at the pickup window. Forty minutes went by, and they still hadn't brought me the rest of my order. To make matters worse, the manager—who was visibly annoyed—insisted that I hadn't actually made any purchase there at all. I had a really disappointing experience. The manager with long hair had a rude and unprofessional attitude, and another employee was just as disrespectful. The customer service overall needs serious improvement. Waiting 15 minutes for nuggets is unacceptable—and somehow they still tasted cold even though they were supposedly fresh 😂. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be coming back.

There was a line of about 5 cars in front of me but the line moved quickly. The speaker system loud enough and very clear. My order was filled quickly and correctly.
