Slow slow slow food here. I don’t know if it was a particularly busy morning or something else was going on but it was slow service and the food was lukewarm at best when it finally came out. I ordered ahead on the app even and still had to wait for a half hour. A number of other customers were getting very irate and one older man tossed his table number tent at the cash register and walked out. This is the second time we’ve had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location, and after tonight, we will not be returning. The employee taking orders at the drive-thru reassured us that he had our order correct. We trusted that confirmation and proceeded through the drive-thru. When we got to the next window to pay, we discovered that our entire order was completely wrong. Worst McDonald’s around. The staff is never accommodating, drive through routinely takes extra time and have to park in spot at non busy times with small orders. Went to eat there for breakfast and a worker took a dirty mop and bucket and washed the floors under several patrons eating as part of routine cleaning not to fix an acute mess. Just a bad McDonald’s
