Staff was rude including manager on shift. We waited 40 minutes for food and burgers were cold but fries were warm. Took even longer after food was given to us for us to get a drink. They never apologized to us.
Ordered a large meal through the app, went through the drive through got my food no drink so I had to ask the man for my drink, I checked the bag saw fries and my burger so all looked good got home the fries were a medium instead. Just even more upset because McDonald’s doesn’t make it easy for you to get your money back I searched all through their app but nothing sends you directly to a missing food or items page which is just straight up preying upon the public. We went through the drive thru. Everyone was very friendly. 2 SANDWICHES 2 DRINKS. EVERYTHING WAS VERY FRESH.
Took over 30 minutes to get food at the drive thru. Already paid for it so basically forced to sit and wait. Pathetic!!!!
