It’s always pretty busy here in the mornings and usually I have no complaints but this morning I ordered a sausage Mc muffin with egg and the muffin had no butter and wasn’t even toasted. Clearly they were rushing. I don’t care about a wait I just want my food cooked the right way please!
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I live down the road and every time I decide to give it another chance I am reminded why I quit going there. I order food on the app for indoor pickup, show up and the store is locked. Go through drive thru and they “know nothing” about my order, that I have proof of. The only way to get a refund is to call the store but they won’t answer or will pickup and say they’re closed and hang up. Don’t waste you money.
Bathroom sink doesn’t work
The service is always horrible here for several reasons but most importantly they have some very unprofessional smart mouth little young girls working in there. The last time I went here there was a lady that came in from the drive through and lit them up and she had the same issue someone got smart over the speaker while she was ordering. I'll never go back to this location ever again under no circumstances.
