I visited this McDonald's on June 5, 2026, around 2:00 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. While in the drive-thru, I was asked if I would be using the mobile app. I answered "yes," but the same question was repeated multiple times. Thinking there might be an issue with the speaker, I asked if the employee could hear me. I explained that I had a mobile app code and was waiting to provide it. The West Belleville McDonald's there's times it can be good but there's times it can be awful It all depends on management you can't get nobody up front to wait on you and when you ask for help you have to wait forever and the food's not as fresh as it used to be especially the fries. They just throw it together. Definitely never looks like what they show on TV
Terrible experience! Took them 30+ minutes to get us our curbside order
