On 5 separate occurrences in the last 2 months the McDonalds on 31W has forgotten to give me multiple items including Mac nuggets, McChickens, McDoubles, and happy meals/items in happy meal like nuggets. If you stop there ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. This has happened on delivery, pickup, and being pulled forward in the drive through between the hours of 10am to 6pm.
Same story after trying again years in the future. If you want your order completely messed up, and feel like you need to wait three times as long as any other fast food restaurant, then this is your McDonald's location.
