Went in for lunch during the week. Completely overrun with HS kids and very disrespectful. 25 kids all crowded at the order desk. Yelling and complaining. Avoid lunch during the week!! Food finally came out and was cold.

Awesome young lady at the payment window, very sweet. Order correct but pancakes overdone, and broken. Pickup window very slow today.

Just a little kindness goes a long way, called looking for the hello kitty toys and hung up on quickly. I am a customer buying happy meals every day no need to be so aggravated I just like the toys 🫠 Edit: spoke with the manager, next day was just hung up on AGAIN by an employee, just saying thank you and hung up on mid sentence. I work hard too and I’m actually hurt by this. I could never imagine hanging up on a customer.
