This is extremely frustrating and makes no sense. The staff doesn’t even open this door, yet when we go through the drive-thru, we are specifically told to pick up the order from this door. If the door is not going to be opened, why are customers being directed here, especially when the order is already ready? This needs to be addressed because it is causing unnecessary delays and a very poor customer experience.
