I feel like McDonald's has upped their game compared to a fee years ago. Their mobile app actually works well. More importantly the food tastes - good? Yes!
Employees randomly rude for no reason. My friend never got his order went to discuss the issue with an employee where he was immediately called a liar, and he had no proof because THEY failed to provide any chance of getting a receipt.
Halfway filled sundae. Worker claimed that's how full it always is and that his manager made it! I asked why the other one was more full and went neither matched the photo on the menu and he just walked away from the window and didn't return. Pathetic.
The ice cream apparently comes out of the employees paychecks 🙃
