Absolutely horrendous. Corporate has no idea how to operate any of the Sioux Falls location. All of them truly suck. Low quality food, mediocre service, rude teenagers, extremely long lines, lack of late night hours, errors here and there, dirty areas, and now y’all got big bird working here! Absolutely not happy with this location at all. Other stores need assistance based on their public performance and wait times and corporate has the audacity to open a new location. Not happy customer!
So...you pretty much have to order from a Kiosk anymore but when you order a Large Dt Coke with your meal they bring your food to your table with an empty glass so you can go get your own drink...pay more for less service? Come on McDonald's make it make sense!

Anyone would feel upset. When you’re already expecting simple service and someone laughs or walks away instead of helping, it can feel really disrespectful. 😤
Do not order delivery from this McDonald’s. Usual orders take 20-30 minutes just to make. Drivers decline orders from this location.
