Highly disappointed with the service we received. Order was incorrect. There was caramel in the vanilla milkshake ordered, not sure how it happened. Drinks weren't full and there was barely any ice in them (we didn't request light ice or anything like that) and they didn't give us straws. Our large fry was maybe halfway full. We had to switch our order from drive thru to in house because of some car window troubles and the employees were incredibly rude about it. Foods always good and the people are friendly but sometimes they just take forever to get you your food regardless of time of day or amount of customers.
They have shorted us our cheeseburgers three times over the last three Fridays. We shouldn’t have to check our orders every time. I do not recommend this store as their help must be incompetent. Short a total of 9 cheeseburgers. We go after 4 pm as our treat.
