Now these people tonight the service was absolutely terrible. As a former Asst GM for Food Service there is no way I wouldn't have had someone telling the people sitting in the drive thru for more than a couple mins that the drive thru is closed. They waited until we sat there 10 mins in line with other vehicles to say something. Obviously, we didn't mind waiting, but this was terrible service. I’m 25 min waiting for cashier no body here very poor customer service here some employees screaming I’m suggesting go somewhere else don’t come here
It’s clean… most days. But it seems every time a certain manager is working the drive through is always closed… I have seen a lot of people standing around and working without purpose and the drive threw seems closed more days than not….
Totally my bad but I ordered breakfast on the app right when they were switching around not knowing it was switching to lunch but the lady i spoke to was nice and let me know what happened and they'd still make it but I can see how that'd mess with them ordering it too late. My bad lol
