all the staff was so nice EVEN the late night staff, great atmosphere when wanting a late night meal and super efficient in the later hours. love yall
I went inside with my grandson to initially sit down and dine in. There were a lot of staff preparing food and servicing the drive-through so i asked if someone was going to come to the register to take my order. A lady said yes one minute. When I arrived the lobby was not that full and no one was at the register. It took so long for someone to even acknowledge me so I went to the restroom and returned and the lobby was filling up with 3 staff on break also waiting on food. Still, no one acknowledged us. Great local fast food … sadly … staff has to do way too much without enough help! Great pay = great employees = great customer service! Pay attention corporate!
