The individuals at the drive-through are lacking in customer service. It is on a rare occasion I have had good service through this drive-through. I am not saying it has never happened but three out of four times. It has been very bad and Disrespectful. I had one teenager laugh at me because she did not understand my order and I corrected her after she had it on the screen wrong and then she cut me off in the middle of trying to explain that to her and asked me if there was anything else I wanted. Usually I have wonderful service here but today on July 22 they was a lady working the drive-through, it was 10:30 and the menu has changed to lunch. I asked for my lunch order and she was very rude to tell me it wasn’t lunch lady. So I left and went to another McDonald’s but whoever this worker was next time work on your attitude and learn time or give somebody else the drive-through if you don’t want to work it I am always there at 10:30 getting a client food never had a problem till now.
