Dude at the window with glasses is completely Incompetent, read my code 4 times and he still didn’t understand. All I ordered was an iced coffee. Then they told me to go wait in a spot that was already taken and couldn’t find my car when I parked in the spot next to it.Why did it take 10 mins to get a singular iced coffee when it was preordered. Get it together.
Waited for 35 minutes before cutting our losses and leaving. Multiple other customers left as well. 30+ people waiting for their orders. Watched a coffee maker drip coffee onto the counter before someone realized the pot wasn’t there to catch it. Sheer insanity, stay away.

The food is always good, but every single time we order through the app, the food just is not ready, even after 30 minutes. It was a place that we relied on for a quick easy meal before work, but now all it’s doing is making us late. We will not be coming back.
