I did an online order for counter pickup. I walk in and wait more than 20 minutes watches other who came in after me grab their food, and when I go up to ask about my food they haven't started it. Then I tell one of the workers up front it's not fair that I've been waiting while others who came in AFTER me is getting their food and the person said absolutely nothing and walked away. Ay y'all in drive thru it's called costumer service. Try it.
If I could mark ZERO stars I would. I ordered a mango smoothie, when they handed it to me it looked a little icy, no problem, BUT after about 2 min after leaving the drive thru the drink started to separate. I mixed it cause I thought maybe it was watery. It was DISGUSTINGLY. It had the taste of what rubbing alcohol smells like. I tried calling because that is disguising and unacceptable but there was no answer. I will never be returning to this location.
