Terrible customer service, recently i got 2 orders cancelled for “technical issues”. The second time i asked what specifically is the issue and I got yelled at in spanish lol. The employees here are garbage, go to the ones on Army Trail Rd nearby to save yourself the headache
Put in an order through the app but the workers didn’t know what the full order was at the window. Got back home and was given the wrong sandwiches that are priced lower than what I ordered.
Ordered through DoorDash and it came from this pitiful location. Was missing literally half my order, although the receipt had my full order listed. I was literally missing BOTH of my LG fries(one was supposed to be part of a meal) ands TWO sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous. Can we not read a screen???
