Very disappointed with the service at McDonald’s today. There was nobody at the register to take orders, and I waited almost 15 minutes while repeatedly calling for assistance. Employees completely ignored customers and nobody seemed to care. Customer service seriously needs improvement.
Ordered with the mobile app. Pulled into the drive-thru, one other person, they still had to park me out front so that I could wait for my food. While waiting I saw one of my co-workers from my office pull up, park the car, go inside, and came out with food before my food was ready So if you want your food fast, don't use the drive-thru. Accepting only cash? At 9pm?..Big breakfast was cold. Syrup was missing. Muffin was old. Same associate to handle payment and food on drive through second window. Lights off at 7am.
Slow, and inappropriate seeing the manager hitting on women.
Cold, the new lack of interaction is a huge turn off
