I have received great customer service during my recent visits. I placed a mobile order and upon arriving my order was correct and ready. I am a huge fan of the McCafe Mocha Frappe. I highly recommend using the mobile app and signing up for a rewards account. With the rewards account you earn free food and also have access to mobile only discounts.
They have good food, but they have horrible. Customer Service would not recommend. This place needs to be shut down Or they need new people running.
Everything was hot and the staff were excellent in their service
