The experience was bizarre. October 31 at around 2am. I ordered a chicken sandwich for $6.39 and had a coupon for a free medium fry. I look at the receipt and see I’m charged $10 because they charged me for 2 fries. When I mentioned I only ordered 1 fry and it was supposed to be free (they scanned the coupon), the cashier tells me “one of them is for me.” I’m not sure what she meant by that, but I certainly didn’t offer nor did I agree to buy anybody food. I really wanted to like this location but it was just too gross too many times. I am spoiled by the Bronx McDonald’s that is run so efficiently and handles a large volume of customers extremely well. The food at this location is just not fresh and sits out too long. The fries are mushy and often there are hairs or pieces of debris from materials like paper or other items found in the food. I waited 25 minutes in line, got charged for the wrong order, received the wrong food, and when I asked for them to correct the order they told me to “look at my receipt that’s what I ordered” which it definitely was not. I’m very disappointed as my order wasn’t large or complicated. The icing on the cake is that the General Manager Foaline Claude took my order.
