Generally VERY slow service...employees are often rude due to the fact they ACT like they don't understand or speak English and this is a total fake out. They just don't care to provide customer service that one expects in America! I blame the lack of caring on the management as he/she should EXPECT basic workmanship from anyone who receives a paycheck!!!!!!!!!!
