Why am I paying 30 cents more for extra caramel when you barely gave me any to begin with.
Literally went through drive-thru. No one was at the first window to take money. Waited for 5 minutes. Went to second and third window. Actually went inside and I was very nice to the people after waiting a long time to talk to people. People were argumentative and rude. March 22 at around 11am. Never received my order.
This is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I do come here very frequently since I live nearby and I did a mobile order and not 1 single thing was correct and forgot 2 items that I had already prepaid for. I went inside to ask them to fix my meal and it took 45 minutes before anyone helped me and after showing them my receipt which specifically stated everything I ordered my meal was still completely wrong. The staff at this location is also so rude and not helpful in anyway. Terrible customer service.
