I don't mind using the kiosk, but please don't just focus on getting your drive-thru orders served to customer. Sometimes it'd be quicker to go through the drive through then come inside to eat.
We went through the McDonald’s drive thru for breakfast on Saturday 8/16/25. We had to move to the curb side pick-up spaces to wait for our food. Many other customers after us in the drive-thru line had to move and wait for their food there too. They all received their food before us. As we continued to wait for our food, 2 different employees brought us out the wrong orders. Usually a great experience at this McDonald's but this time wasn't. They struggled to get my order right on the screen. Then, that got straightened out. Went to window to pick up my order and noticed no ketchup packs in the bag, which I specifically asked for them when I ordered. I turned to ask the lady at the widow for ketchup and her response was a loud "HUH"? I repeated myself and she proceeded to give me 2 packs.
