Wife went through drive thru, ordered they left food out, when she got home I called after my sandwich was missing and spoke to a manager, he didn't apologize, he didn't have empathy or even care, he hung up on me the first time then I called back and he answered after about 10 rings, he said he would remake my sandwich at no charge, but I already paid for it, no logic. I gave 5 stars for... ⭐️Very good employees. Nice and helpful. ⭐️Clean parking lot. ⭐️Clean dining room. I love that they decorate for every holiday. ⭐️Clean bathrooms. ⭐️Drive thru is generally fast and efficient. Please remember it's your responsibility as a customer to ask for napkins & condiments. They cannot read minds.
