Drive Thru HAS NOT improved in the Last 7 years since I Posted original. And Many times, had to wait for food on at least 8 times for more then 5 minutes. Fast Food, Not as fast as advertised. And today, July 24, 2026, For the 4th time, They Failed To GIVE what was Ordered PAID for. Management Does Not Care as long as Wait Time in Drive Through is at a Minimum. Ordered two sodas for pick up. Got a notification that it was ready. Went inside no drinks. Waited patiently. Manager read that I had two drinks on app and walked past the cups. Waited again. Front lady ignored me. Waited while she served others. Told her I have two drinks and showed receipt. Walked past cups and served others. At one point gave someone two cups who asked for them bc their drinks were missing. Watched others be served. Politely asked rude front worker for two cups so I can please leave McDonald’s.
