Slow, I mean turtle slow, service. I stood around waiting for fifteen minutes for my food while they left my drinks sitting on the counter getting warm. Meanwhile, they are pumping out drive thru customers one after another. I guess dining room customers do not matter any longer. I don't blame the employees. I blame these restaurants that make them prioritize drive thru now. Do yourself a favor and skip this McDonald's if you want to dine inside.
I ordered a Big Mac the Big Mac was undercooked hardly no cheese no sliced onions and of course my large order of fries was stale and barely warm. This is very unacceptable
Manager was super rude to myself as well as his employees. Franchise owner needs to be aware of this. Visited 7/15/25 around 3:30 pm.
Come in weekly normally no problem ordered Large Double Quarter Pounder meal and a wrap got a large fry and 12 nuggets instead. On top of that staff was dismissive and used the large fry to cover up their mistake never coming back to this location.
