old man for a manager is pathetic should be fired , making customers wait 20 mins for a order that just sits there ready to be picked up, and they just look at you and ignore you

Your dining room floors are very dirty, when is the last they were washed, and those carpets in front of the counters, yuck! I just hope the preparation area is not the same.... you are giving Mc Donald and Love's a bad reputation with your average star rating of 3.
