Long drive from the north country. Quick easy stop. Order was simple. So service was pretty fast food was fresh. Double plus if ya ask me.
For a new building why does the McDonald's smell like a backed up septic everytime you walk in the side door. I've never had a sandwich that was too hot and still cold at the same time. Kinda impressive if I wasn't trying to eat it. Guy told me to use the kiosk he didn't want to come to the register. When I said I have cash and the kiosk doesnt take that he got short and rude. We have 3 McDonald's in watertown and you are par for the course. Sloppy food and bad service
I waited 9 minutes for them to make a big mac with no onions. It came out with onions. The second sandwich was thrown together without any care.
I doordash, McDonald's on rt 12 in Watertown in the new loves is absolutely terrible, if you wanna wait an hour for 2 simple items and deal with bad attitudes this is the McDonald's for you, each time I come here for a door dash I end up losing money, and dealing with horrible attitudes, doesn't matter if it's busy or no one in line you get the same service.
