I come here maybe 3-4 days out of the week. I always order food but I come in here to charge my devices. Was about to leave and I get approached by two police saying they want me trespassed. Nobody said anything to me and I’ve had issues in the past with one manager who wouldn’t honor a deal in the all but that’s it. I never leave trash, I don’t ask any customers for anything, I just keep to myself. Manager Agada a middle aged lady was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful today at the 7997 Southtown Circle McDonald’s #18751 in Bloomington by target off the highway. I ordered a large soft drink that was deliberately downsized to a medium McCafe cup not even a medium soft drink cup. I asked why they did this she said the manager told her to do that and she offered no further explanation and her and her worker slammed the window shut in my face.
