I ordered a Sweet Chilli Junior Chicken but received a regular Junior Chicken instead. This was really frustrating I only realized this after coming home and opening the sandwich, so I couldn’t go back to the store to fix it. That made the situation even more disappointing.

Belittles their employees in front of customers talks down to them and treats them like they're stupid and beneath them. Instead of bacon mcgriddle , there's a sausage griddle , and then you can get a griddle with both it always comes with cheese and egg and so on. They just gave me a griddle bun in a sausage on it and told me that it doesn't come with egg or cheese , it's just a sausage. Very rude

I just went through the drive-thru and tell me why there was 0 interaction or customer service/greeting at the window where food is given. The girl who gave us drinks had a stank attitude and looked like she didn’t want to be there. No greetings or anything she just looked miserable. It was the same girl there last time and she had a terrible attitude. I understand it can get frustrating especially in the food industry but don’t work at a customer service franchise if you are going to be like that.
