I ordered a McVeggie today but they gave me a Big Mac instead. I am vegetarian, so this was very disappointing and careless. Please double-check orders before giving them to customers.
7:20 am.. i was going to work and grabbed a coffee from this mcdonalds.. 2 indian girls only busy talking... messed up my coffee and messed up my day as I placed an order when they were gossiping... will never come back again....
I had an excellent customer service experience at McDonalds inside Walmart Supercentre. Craving coffee and chicken nuggets and went to this store. I got a warm coffee and Alex just made a new steaming hot coffee. Thank you Alex for an amazing service.!
They took more money from me. Their total in the machine was wrong. And when I went there to tell them nobody helped me. Didnt expect this from McDonald. Very bad experience. Everybody do check your total when ordering online through app. Guest experience Manager Mr Parmeet M is of no help. He is not accepting the fault. The calculation is so wrong.
