This is one of the best McDonalds I ever been to this one employee was checking up on us like a restaurant
Clerk added an extra item after I ordered and when I asked for a refund they said to pull ahead. When I was handed the food again I asked if it was refunded and the person said "If the item isn't in there then it was fixed". I had to move napkins out of the way to check and the item was in there. When I explained that I didn't want the item they said "Since you touched the food we can't accept a return. Have a nice day" and walked away. Not a fan of the blatant tactic to get people out. I won't be going to this one again.
Always a good burger and fries, it's just the french fry container does not get filled up all of the way, other than that no complaints!
I'm a doordash driver. I walked up and there was no bags on the shelf. I saw a bag father's back by the employees on a table. No one is ever up front to communicate with us. I stood there for 5 minutes before I decided to be rude and ask hey is that my doordash. Yes it was.. and the order had a sundae.. Someone needs to be up front all the time to communicate with us. Or at least put the bags on the shelf where it's supposed to go...
