This place sucks. We just did McDelivery and we were missing the 2 apple pies that we paid for. What the fudge!!!!!
Can't even fill up the frappe all the way, 730 am and already having a terrible experience
During what I only expected to be a short visit to McDonald's for a mere large French Fry, I couldn't help but be met with a feeling of "What in the holy hell is this?".. I walk in, and all I see firstly, are multiple enormous kiosks, where apparently, you are to order your food...(a few dining tables as well were present) I understand that this the age of convenience, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I don't want to leave a star even. It was 10pm and after waiting in line to order for 20 minutes I just pulled over to go inside. They had already locked the doors and would not open. The line was even longer and hardly moving at all. I have been to this location 3 times and each time I left without food due to long waits and no customer service. I will never go to this location again and recommend everyone else avoid this location. It's the worst in Pooler, no other location is this bad!
