Hands down the worst location ive ever been to. Day and night. Doesn't matter what time, the employees take 10 minutes to get on the intercom to take your order. The food you got is either wrong or you can obviously tell it has sat in a warmer for hours, especially at night. Employees are careless in how they treat customers and it shows immensely at this location. I will intentionally drive to the next closest location to avoid this one all together if possible. This McDonald’s location is absolutely terrible. The staff clearly hate their jobs — there’s zero customer service, no sense of urgency, and no pride in what they do. Every visit is a disappointment. They’re always out of something simple — caramel for sundaes, peanuts, sauces — you name it. Orders are constantly wrong, items you pay for just don’t make it into the bag, and no one seems to care enough to fix it. Please speak with your staff to follow the directions of the order. The reason I am leaving a review. I called several times trying to get this resolved. However, the phone is off the hook. It has been busy every time I call. Now to proceed with my Discrepancy, I ordered a steak bagel meal however I got a bagel with steak sauce, the eggs and the cheese with no steak instead, they put bacon on it.
