So i just left the mc donalds on killian road and i asked for 2 double fish to be cooked fresh one no cheese no tarter add ketchup and the second one no tater and i paid for xtra cheese because i had 2 of my grandbabies with me they were all over. Soni wasnt able to check my food before i left so i got home all the way to Monticello rd and come to find out that MY DOUBLE FISH SANDWICH HAD NO CHEESE AND NOT EVEN THE XTRA CHEESE I PAIDED FOR IT AND ALSO I CALLED 7 TIMES AND MY CALL WOULDN'T GO THRU MY ORDER NUMBER WAS 861. Worst McDonald's in South Carolina. Don't go there
The manager and the cashier and food handler in driver thru were very nice with good customer service. I ordered the wrong item and the manager simply explained everything to me in a nicely manner. You don’t get that at fast food restaurants now days. Fast and fresh. Thank you for being so nice and welcoming.
I went to this establishment on 05/22/2026 at 2:29pm and my overall experience was shit excuse the language but it’s the truth. I only asked for a simple request to the nice lady at the front counter when she proceeds to ask this young lady in a yellow shirt with a yellow vest on cops an attitude upon request…MIND YOU it would have taken her a few seconds of her time to do that but no…and then on top of her overall aura and attitude was terrible that needs to be evaluated asap
