Today was the 2nd time in two days that I’ve made a mobile order with a special order that I ALREADY PAID FOR in the app, just to get an OLD sandwich made regular. Like are they staging certain sandwiches??? This is ridiculous just to still wait 10 minutes for the old food!! The girls working tonight around 10pm really need to tighten up!!
I only got a sweet tea & fries, but it took over 20 minutes. Not really fast food.
The drive thru server was very rude to begin with, my sandwich wasn't cooked thoroughly and it was not to my liking but I had already gotten back on the road by the time I noticed this. Please check your food before you leave this restaurant because it might not be cooked all the way through!!
Very unpredictable experience and it’s either really busy or slow either way you still wait a good while for your order is given to you . The don’t restock very often the McDonald on killian is better in service and getting your order right and keeping wait time low
We were traveling and stopped here for a quick 15/ 20 minute meal in the car. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for food. We’re late for our appointment and got approached in our car and asked for money three different times outside of the McDonald’s. The manager sat in the corner interviewing people, while there was a line out the door and a line around the building for the drive-through, and most of the employees were on. Their phones are kept handling their phones.
