Hot and fast.
Our food was served cold. My daughter went to the counter because her big Mac did not have the extra sauce she requested. She was at the counter for 10 minutes and they handed her a box of sauce. Her food was now ice cold. Had to take the big Mac back up front and explain three different times what was wrong. The lobby was extremely dirty.
We went for lunch. Placed order and paid at kiosk. Kiosk said to take a table tent and they'd bring food. Sat down at 1:05. At 1:20 got up to go see where the food was. Saw that they were calling receipt numbers at the window, they weren't even trying to deliver to tables. OK... 1:25 I finally got my order. My wife had ordered a Big Mac, meal.
