Stopped in at breakfast time the loud hard rock drove me out of there.
Everything was mediocre and the burger was fresh but the fries were room temp. Also I was very polite and when the manager handed out the food, she just stuck her arm out the window at drive through with that Gen Z stare and didn't say a word but the girl who took my order and money was pleasant. Came through the drive through on 4/16 around 1130 pm
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an extremely unacceptable experience I had at your McDonald’s location today. After placing my order, I waited for over 20 minutes, only to find out that my order had not even been prepared. When I requested a refund, the manager, a Spanish woman named Zara Garera, responded with a highly unprofessional and disrespectful attitude.
