We ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink, not even a meal, and it took 20+ minutes to receive our food. 'Fast' food.
It took us forever to get our order that line then when we got up to get our food they told us to pull up weight longer
Gave them another chance but we arived to the ordering microphone at 10:45am on a Saterday and we were told they were no longer serving breakfast. Your sign says breakfast until 11am so why were we turned away? I would LOVE a response on this one smh. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Floors were filthy, tables were sticky, and booths were covered with food. I will never return to the inside of this establishment. Ordered curbside for breakfast. Sat outside for 30-40 minutes. Went inside to ask where my food was and the manager got an attitude and acted like it was my fault that the app malfunctioned. When I asked for a refund she got even more of an attitude like I was just suppose to eat cold food or order lunch instead of the breakfast I had order an hour ago. I get that fast food jobs suck but that doesn’t mean your customer service should be bad.
Very nice McDonald’s location! Fast, friendly service, clean dining room & bathrooms.
