Always ask for my cup filled with ice, it seems like that hard to understand,sometimes I'll have 3 ice cubes, sometimes they give me a whole extra cup separate with extra ice,
Drive thru service was fine. It's the lack of comprehension that's annoying! How much clearer does it need to be when there's a sticker printed on the cup? Pd almost 5$ for a "lg" iced caramel machiato WITH EXTRA caramel syrup & drizzle only to get a cup FULL of ice & no caramel at all!! Tired of being nickle & dimed for so called "extra" & barely receive anything or nothing at all like today!!
Love coming here but the worker was saying ' Bro I don't wanna serve us ' to another worker bc we was short 79 cents and a kind person gave us 80 cents and the another worker said ' they didn't say they were gonna get the rest they js walked away ' like WE CAN HEAR YALL and he didn't even take the 80 cents like what !? Horrible service but GREATTTT food is come here all the time
