Really busy since it opened so I put initial mistakes down to that but went today and was pretty empty but service was worse. Couldn't get the 2 custom burgers right and missed items from our order. Maybe there are still some things for them to work out.
Drive through was quick.
Upon arriving at this Titusville location McDonald's and walking in the door I noticed a backup of customers many of which their facial expressions appeared not to be positive. As I intended to place an order at the counter I waited for over 5 minutes and nobody came and another customer told us that nobody is coming up to take the orders in the back I could clearly see and hear lots of confusion chaos and just a general disarray of any organizational skills or planning at all.
