Most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever been too. You could hearing the staff dropping f-bombs in the kitchen , and a very uncomfortable experience.but then again, this place is in Titusville, so I probably should have had my expectations lowered .
The food was nice and fresh and tasted good but my freinds order got messed up and they forgot 3 of are drinks they also had lots of things in the restaurant that was broken and got lazy on the frozen coke. The server was really nice
I’d leave 0 stars if I could and your manager needs anger management classes. I ordered on the kiosk and sent it to the cashier because it wasn’t adding the bogo deal. The cashier needed the managers assistant he comes in changes my order which was a huge up charge and left. He said he wasn’t coming to help until he was done he then proceeds to make at least 5 orders before coming back to cash me out correctly causing a line in the lobby for no reason.
