Reynard was once again the calm in the storm. I have witnessed on more than several occasions his ability to stay calm and see everything that is going on around him. Today he was at the till and an older gentleman was quite upset. He didn't have his drink already and was smacking his hand down on the counter trying to get someone's attention.
