Cuz putting extra onions on a burger is so hard to do. You put it on the inside of the burger, not toss it all in the wrapper and let it make a mess. The one time I have to get takeout cuz I'm moving soon and they can't even get something simple right. They never really did to begin with tbh. At least the person at the window was friendly this time
We regularly take our children here for a quick bite. In the last couple years and especially the last 6 months or so, this location has gone way downhill. At dinner, they no longer have anyone that can take orders, kiosk only. They no longer clean the floors, wipe down the tables, hand you drinks when you order from the kiosk. We have to get paper towels from the restroom and get them wet to clean the table my family of 6 sits at. Food just never measures up anymore. Heavy breading and no meat in burgers...just embarrassing. Only went there for nuggets...for my dogs! Sorry McDonald's but you're failing the public.
