I was a regular here for 6 years and after tonight, officially no more. Their customer service has really gone downhill and Ive mentioned it to staff, management, and it just seems to be getting worse. It makes me think they are retaliating, knowing a regular complained. Either way, Dueces to ya! Maybe goodbye to McDonald's altogether. Sad sad pitiful response to this review too.
Great McD's. Rarely is the line long and I get poor service. I eat here simply largely because I am confident my food and service will be good. Seems like Great management and staff.
