This place is a joke! The manager is awful.. big lady in a red shirt had an attitude like no other.. I went in because my large fry was half empty and cold after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru… nobody was inside to help and the two people that came out of the back just stared at me and kept working until I said “excuse me, can someone please help me” she snatched the fries from me kicked them in the garbage handed me someone without so much as a word from her! Needs NEW MANAGEMENT BAD!!

I was a regular here for 6 years and after tonight, officially no more. Their customer service has really gone downhill and Ive mentioned it to staff, management, and it just seems to be getting worse. It makes me think they are retaliating, knowing a regular complained. Either way, Dueces to ya! Maybe goodbye to McDonald's altogether. Sad sad pitiful response to this review too.
