They love to make the people wait at the mobile order curbside spots.
This place can’t get anything right. Tried it 2 times in the last 3 weeks and both times they left me sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting on food. Turns out they gave my order to someone else. The are to inept to have cars pull forward and keep peoples orders straight. At one time this McDonald’s was genuinely good. This time last year I was in and out of the drive through most days in 2-5 minutes. Now, if I get my food in under 20 I’m lucky. Heck, if I can get someone to talk to me on the speaker in the first 5 minutes I’d be shocked. This store gets in a hurry for nothing and the burgers and fries were dried out and clearly sitting there. Don’t come here if you expect decent McDonald’s food, I’ve gotten food poisoning from here three times yet I keep giving it a chance.
