McDonald's should ban this owner from being a franchisee. It takes at least half an hour to place an order at the drive-thru, if you're patient enough to wait that long. Then, you have to sit in line behind the other 5-6 cars still waiting on their orders. It is unfathomable how a fast food place takes longer to get you your food than going to a sit-down restaurant, ordering, eating, and leaving.
DO NOT GO HERE EVER! I very rarely ever post a bad review, I will do so only if a place is truly deserving of it. We were passing through tonight and my blood sugar was low so I submitted an order through the app thinking we could just swing through here, pick it up and be right back on our way. That's how it SHOULD have gone. When we pulled in at 9:45pm, there was 1 car at each speaker in the drive thru with no one else in front of them so we pull in behind one and wait. We went to this McDonald’s drive through at 4:40 pm on a Saturday. The parking lot was empty and so was the drive through. We pulled up to the order menu and waited about a minute before we were talked to with a “uhhh huh. Hold on”. About a minute later he came back and said “what chu want” just 2 ranch snack wraps please. “Whatever. Next window” Well no. We won’t be going to the next window. You don’t speak like that to people.
