Spent 30 minutes waiting on a big mac meal "which i never got" in the drive thru spot and had to leave so I would not be late for work only thing I got was my drink which I got at the windows
Went inside. Parking lot was in total disarray, there was a long wait, and the staff working at the front counter was extremely rude. Very uncomfortable.
Incompetent drive thu personnel this morning. Couldn't even get breakfast. I just drove away.
Just got off work at 10:00 PM, pulled up here, and since the inside closes at 10:00 PM, I went to the drive-thru (which is supposed to be open until 3:45 AM). There were only three cars in line, nobody inside, and yet the wait was ridiculously long. It makes no sense that with barely any customers, service moves this slow. After a long shift, nobody wants to waste time sitting in a drive-thru that feels like it takes forever.
