Probably the worst McDonalds in town, horrible and slow service. Always seem understaffed! Please hire more people. Lines are always insane, even for a curbside you have to wait at least an 40 minutes.

The two drinks we got were great. Restroom was clean. I never use their antibiotic soap it smells bad .
The manager at this location doesn’t speak a word of English. An employee called me racist for pointing that out when we had a small problem with our order
The way the lady spoke to me was extremely unprofessional. I was so uncomfortable with the way I was being treated that I ended up leaving before I was finished. I have never done that before. Absolutely unacceptable. Go to the McDonald’s at 21st and Ridge instead. Very professional and kind. That’s where we went after we were treated so poorly at the other location. The McDonald’s at 21st and Ridge said “thank you” and “excuse me.” Customer service was on point!
