General Manager is more worried about their labor budget than having enough people for the operation of the business and it shows, waited inside in line 13 min just to order a drink, and then another 3 min to get the drink , the cashier ignored takeing the in store orders and instead focused on confirming door dash orders
If you go after 7pm, Good luck the employes, food, everything will be cold. You will literally be waiting on cold food. Its almost worth going to Qtrip in a need. Manager laughing and joking with employees while the line stretches across the parking lot. Only one employees working and apologizing to everyone, I feel so bad for him.
Letting you know right now, this McDonald's is the worst of all restaurants to get food at past 11pm. Fries will be over cooked or cold, and food itself may be mediocre and possibly not cooked right at all. Always have a bad time at night with this restaurant location.
There's a small play area, I had ordered from mobile app, the food was OK, the sprite didn't taste right. It smelled like feet in there which was not what you want to smell in any restaurant. Never the less, I had ordered a hot cocoa before we left and it didn't even taste like a hot cocoa. I called to get ask for a refund and was informed I had to be there physically to be refunded and bring the item back. And was also informed that it's just water and chocolate syrup with whip. Terrible experience. I placed a mobile order and waited in line for 45 mins because they clearly refuse to staff appropriately at night. I canceled my order due to the extensive wait time and will not be back. It is clear this management team is completely incompetent and unable to run this location.
