Placed an order on their app, drove to go pick it up, literally got an email while pulling into the parking lot that they cancelled my order. No reason provided

I really wished that it was advertised that the sausage burrito contains cheese, as I am lactose intolerant. I started getting an upset stomach after I ate one. I spoke to the shift lead and she was unsympathetic. Apparently the burritos are prefabricated, as I asked for one without cheese and was told that they can’t make one.
Half my order was missing, finally get my order and the fries are old, stale and cold. My Filet-O-Fish was cold. They gave me a small fry instead of the large that I paid for. Absolutely disgusted with this food. It's all cold and I can't go back and have them fix it. They give you an attitude when you mention you're missing items. They weren't even busy, there was 2 cars in the drive-thru. Zero excuse for the food they served me. I can't even get a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
