Very disappointing experience. A customer ahead of me went through the drive-thru, paid for sauce with his nuggets, but wasn’t given the sauce. He had to go inside just to get what he already paid for—completely defeating the purpose of using the drive-thru. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager insisted he needed to pay again. As for my order, I bought a chocolate sundae and asked for peanuts—twice.
