There was a time when you would be given your food for free if it took too long. Tonight it took 45 minutes in the drive up. When I was given the bag, not a word was said. Not thank you, not sorry for your wait.
I would think with the negative report of a significant financial loss from sales. And the negative reviews in comments. That McDonald's would get it together

I usually stop by this McDonald’s for a quick bite, but the drive-thru here is unbelievably slow. It completely defeats the purpose of “fast food.” I sat in line for way too long, and by the time I finally got my order, I was frustrated and late. If you’re looking for efficiency, this is definitely not the place.
This drink is for sweet lovers. If you love sweets, run to get it.
