Super friendly guy at the window. Very annoying to get asked to move to a spot in the drive thru but pretty fast service otherwise.
On app I ordered a med iced latte with liquid sugar but I tasted none at all. I ordered fries without salt. when I got to the pickup window I ordered ketchup since you can't do it on the app. they first brought wrong oder to car, then corrected but no ketchup in the bag. fortunately the guy who came to car hard ketchup in his pocket. the total price was great though
ordered ONE cup of water and when I get to the window the girl says pull up to the reserved space #1 so I do and the car BEHIND me pulls up to the window and the girl hands her THREE drinks. Did I mention this was for the car BEHIND me ! Then after waiting for ten minutes I am insulted with cloudy yellowish water like diluted lemonade or something. Food was good, hot, order correct. The issue I had was with the cleanliness. Nobody seemed to care about giant spills on the floor or tables, just covering them with tons of napkins & moving on. And the toddler play is needed a serious scrub down. My granddaughter couldn't even make it down the slide bc of how sticky it is from dirt. We wiped it down w/their cleaning wipes & was a little better. They are just not doing enough keep it as clean as they should, tons of build up on it.
