Service is TERRIBLE. Get in line and go nowhere. Plan 20 minutes for a drivethu order, such fun. Dont expect any customer service of any kind (except for the Latino guy with long hair.. he should get a raise). Surely there's a McD training video somewhere that instructs cashers to acknowledge a customer's existence in someway (the Latino guy watched it). They rush you in the drive thru, my chicken sandwich was completely cold and obviously old, so either avoid the chicken sandwich or ask them to drop it fresh and also be prepared to get pulled up EVERY SINGLE TIME when you are in the drive thru. I would avoid this location tbh.
Very slow and disorganized. Nobody to take order or check on order. When food was finally ready, it was cold and drink was not provided with combo meal. Did not want to wait any longer for employee to give me drink
Order was done correctly
There is almost always a wait here. Even if you are the only one, they have you pull over to the side, you wait around 10 minutes and your order is messed up or they leave whole meals out of it. They happily charge you for the items but make it a challenge to get your correct stuff, even when showing the receipt and having the employee check the bag right after they hand it to you. The prices you pay at McDonald's are definitely no longer worth it.
