I was really disappointed with my large order. I paid to upsize my fries, but the container was only half full. On top of that, the cheese on the burger was carelessly placed—half of it was hanging off the side. It honestly felt like no effort was put into preparing the food. That said, I do want to acknowledge the young man at the counter—he was very kind and professional.
