jessica (manager) is extremely rude and snippy with customers. she shouldn’t be in customer service. why is she allowed to interact with people in general? i’m getting my coffee at Big B for now on. hope she gets some therapy or something.
We had a little bit of confusion this morning with a reward, but after we had left and noticed the issue we had called the store to address it. Jessica helped us and said that we could come in and she will take care of it. Just wanted to shine a little light on Jessica! She’s always so nice when we come through, and she always does her best to make things right! She definitely holds it together in there! Shoutout to Jessica for being an absolutely amazing manager and always providing the best service to customers!
I get it is short staffed, but if that short staff was good we’d be all okay.
