Went to get my mobile order and the gentleman at the speaker said he was having issues retrieving it and told me to pull to the first window. I got to the first window and the young lady with the moth tattoo on her neck went to hand me a coffee and I politely said that’s not mine and advised her the guy told me to pull to the first window because he couldn’t get my order to pull up. Worst McDonald's experience in my entire life. This location is basically a homeless shelter. I'm not able to put into words how the restaurant smelled. I had to guide my 12-year old daughter out of the restaurant after waiting a couple of minutes of waiting and I had to literally cover my nose while waiting for my food order. I have no idea how I did not throw up. There must have been at least 4-6 extremely questionable characters inside the dining room. And this is supposed to be child friendly??? We have good coffee. You can get an ice coffee. You can get good hot coffee. Yeah so you can get frozen coffee. They do have good tea. And you can get good sandwiches. I like their big mac.
