Sheree provided really pleasant customer service at register. Overall food cold; service really slow & inefficient. Lots of folks frustrated inside store waiting due to slow production.
Tend to get the wrong order often at this location. I always use the app to order and it seems like they can’t get the orders right when doing that. I suppose I can dig through the bag each time and verify, but I really shouldn’t have to. I did glance in the bag and seen there was a sandwich, fries and nuggets. And that matched my order. Our order was wrong! We ordered a steak and bagel meal and another sandwich. We only got one sandwich and no napkins. No napkins . No one answers the phone! The restaurant was 10 minutes away and it's really inconvenient to have to go back to get the food right. I paid $6 for a sandwich that we didn't get.
They were very nice and gave me hot fresh nuggets and fries. Good customer service and I didn’t feel uncomfortable in there like I do in other McDonalds.
